STC Sign Any Document

The STC Sign Any Document lets you add up to two signatures to any advanced PDF document.

Navigate to the record you want to sign. For this example, I’m using a sales order. You will see two buttons “Sign PDF” and “Customer Sign PDF”. Click “Sign PDF”.

A Suitelet opens. You sign the document using your mouse. Click “Sign PDF” to save the signature to the record.

After clicking “Sign PDF”, you are directed back to the transaction. The signature is now saved to a custom field on the record.

Clicking on “Customer Sign PDF” allows you to create a second signature for the document. It follows the same process as “Sign PDF”.

Here is an example of the sales order printed with both signatures.

You can now use the signatures in an advanced PDF document. I have added the signatures to the advanced PDF document for the sales order.
